r seeking a rewarding career opportunity? St Helens South primary Care network is expanding its dynamic team and inviting dedicated Salaried GPs to join us in providing exceptional care to our diverse patient population across St Helens South.

Contractual Hours Available

17 - 21 hours across 2 to 2.5 days

Situated in a spacious building that services both the Bowery Medical Centre and St Helens South PCN Ltd and working in partnership with our 10 GP Practices across the network, collectively we serve a vibrant community of over 85,000 registered patients.

Your Role:





The post holder will demonstrate courageous and critical thinking and is a caring, compassionate and committed experienced general practitioner who, acting within their professional boundaries, will provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care. They will demonstrate safe, competent clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills, for patients within the general practice. The post holder will commit to demonstrating critical thinking in the safe clinical decision-making process. They will communicate and work collaboratively with the PCN and wider general practice network team to meet the needs of patients.

Key Skills and Qualifications:




Registered or due to complete GPST3 with the GMC, possess the right to work in the UK, included on performers list Evidence of CCT or soon to receive Commitment to continuing professional development Passion for high quality patient care
