We are a large, friendly and well-established practice looking to expand our medical team . We have flexibility with number of sessions offered to enable us to appoint the right candidate(s).

We are located in Bromsgrove which is a growing rural town in North Worcestershire with good schools and amenities. It is a lovely place to work and live, has excellent transport and access links via motorway and rail networks, and is only 25 minutes from Birmingham city centre whilst enjoying the benefits of beautiful local countryside.

About us:

Our medical team currently consists of 9 GP partners and 3 salaried GPs.

We have over 15500 patients and work together to provide high quality care, consistently achieving near maximum QOF points.

We occupy a large and well maintained 15-year-old, purpose-built building with a neighbouring surgery.

We are supported by a varied and well-staffed team of clinical staff who help in the delivery of a full complement of specialist chronic disease management clinics, Local Enhanced Services and inter-practice working programmes.

Our Clinical Staff include 3 practice pharmacists, our own Diabetic Specialist Nurse, 5 Practice Nurses (3 independent prescribers) and 3 HCAs.

We are a long-established training practice with 2 GP Registrars. 2 partners and 1 salaried doctor are current trainers.

We are a teaching practice for the University of Birmingham Medical School and teach Year 2 and Year 4.

We have a dispensing branch surgery in Wychbold.

We have an excellent group of on-site receptionists, admin support and practice management team.

We support two local nursing homes.

We play a leading role within our local PCN.
