The Castle Practice is expanding, and we're looking for an enthusiastic GP to join our friendly, innovative team as we continue to grow our patient list of 16,500. With two welcoming surgeries located just three miles apart in Ludgershall and Tidworth, we're deeply rooted in our community and passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

About the Practice

Patient list:

16,500 and growing, with a young and diverse demographic

PCN leadership:

Lead Practice for Sarum North PCN - helping to shape the future of Primary Care in our area

Teamwork at the heart:

You'll join a multidisciplinary team of 5 GP Partners, 1 Managing Partner, 4 Salaried GPs, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Prescribers, Practice Nurses, Nursing Associates, and HCAs

Additional support:

Pharmacy Technicians, GP Assistants, Care Coordinators, and a dedicated Social Prescribing team

Robust admin support:

Our experienced administrative, secretarial, IT, and data quality teams help free you to focus on clinical care

Training & development:

We're a training practice hosting ST1-3s, F2s, and medical students, and we're committed to helping all clinicians develop their skills and interests
