We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated GP to join our team based in the beautiful Market Town of Devizes.
Southbroom Surgery has a current list size of c12,500 patients and is part of the Devizes PCN. We are looking to recruit a GP for 4-6 sessions per week over two to three full days. Working days are negotiable. Job share considered.
In addition, this role will include a pro-rata share of Enhanced Access (2 to 3 x 1.5 hour weekday evening sessions per month).
The successful applicant would be required to undertake an approximate 50:50 split of the following duties:
Routine surgeries; Remote and face-to-face surgeries (based at Southbroom Surgery), along with administrative duties as part of a team of clinicians.
Urgent Care duties; As part of a PCN wide Urgent Care Service (based at the Devizes Health Centre), undertaking both telephone triage and face to face appointments.

CQC rated "Good".
Highly skilled Nursing Team.
Multidisciplinary Team including Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Physician Associates, First Contact Physiotherapists, Advanced Clinical Practitioner.
Rated "Excellent" Training Practice (Severn Deanery) and Teaching Practice for University of Bristol Medical Students.
Close working relationships with other practices in our Primary Care Network.
