As a General Practitioner, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating patients, ensuring their overall health and well-being.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and examinations to determine health status. Develop and implement personalised treatment plans based on clinical findings. Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments. Provide ongoing care for patients in nursing homes and senior care facilities. Collaborate with healthcare professionals in clinical research initiatives. Utilise medical imaging techniques to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning. Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle choices. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Participate in public health initiatives to promote community wellness.

Requirements

Medical degree from an accredited institution and valid medical licence to practice. Proven experience in patient care, preferably within nursing homes or home care settings. Strong knowledge of anatomy, medication administration, and clinical procedures. Familiarity with medical imaging technologies is advantageous. Experience working in ICU or emergency settings is beneficial but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathise with patients from diverse backgrounds.
