Salaried GPs Wanted:

The Lawson Practice, Hackney

5-6 sessions per week start as soon as possible

Sessional Rate starting from 10,965 onwards depending on experience

We are one of the largest practices in Hackney with a well-established partnership and management team committed to providing excellent care to both our diverse patient group and staff alike. We are a dynamic practice, keen to innovate and think more widely about primary care with partners who are involved in the health care system more widely. We are committed to training and teaching and have GP registrars, medical students and other members of the primary care team receiving training in the practice. We are ready to welcome new GPs to expand our wonderful team, so whether you are a brand new "first five" GP, on a retainer scheme we want to hear from you.

You can expect:

To be part of a wonderful multi-disciplinary, close net team, who support each other including: GP partners, Salaried GPs, GP Registrars, Clinical Pharmacists, Physicians Associates, Experienced nurses, HCAs, Nursing associate, Medical assistants, Social prescribers, Patient Advocates, Care coordinators, Wellbeing Practitioner, Health coaching, Dieticians, Psychologists, In-house Physiotherapy, Welfare and benefits advisors, Wonderful volunteers organising groups for patients to attend.. The list goes on! A brilliant LTC team made up of Clinical Pharmacists, Nurses, HCAs and nursing associate An appointment system that allows you to book the time you want for your patient. 10 mins slots are long gone! Access to Phlebotomy, ECG, Spirometry, Minor Surgery, Joint injections, Coils, Implants and Sexual health services on site. A strong focus on continuity of care On calls supported by Physicians associates A triage system enabling appointments to be booked efficiency with the right person Fantastic "back room" support with document handlers, coders, secretaries and duty administrators ready to support you. A dedicated re-call team to ensure we support patients to have annual reviews and hit QOF and other targets. The ability to develop personal interests, teaching and become a trainer Opportunities to get involved with quality improvement projects, audit and support us to focus on driving the practice forward Be part of a team that focuses on patient safety and supporting colleagues with weekly clinical meetings, daily huddles for case discussions and quarterly significant event and new cancer case discussions Daily fresh fruit available, regular "bring a dish" to work day, Yoga, Walk and Talk meetings, Nights out, Away Days, Christmas, Easter and Eid presents and who could forget our Christmas Parties!
