Job Description
Providing health assessments and advice, diagnosis and treatment, prescribing medication, referrals to secondary or community care and performing minor surgery Assistance with duty doctor rota Assistance with audit and QOF work Approx. 15,000 patients, CQC rated Good Low demand for home visits Session appointment mixture of F2F (15mins) and telephone (10mins). Time set aside daily for clinical huddle/coffee EMIS Web, Docman, AccuRx Practice clinicians: 5 GP Partners, 7 Salaried GPs 5 Paramedic Practitioners, 3 Practice Nurses, 2 HCA, Pharmacy Team, Active involvement in the PCN DES with a full complement of ARRS staff PCN Additional Roles staff: Pharmacists, Pharmacy Tech, First Contact Physio, Social Prescribers, Paramedic. Half day Duty Doctor sessions only, with support from experienced Paramedic Practitioner team Full complement of supportive and committed admin staff Experienced workflow team and pharmacy team who deal with clinical correspondence, reducing GP involvement High standards and high achievement for QOF, enhanced services etc.
