We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner to join our healthcare team for 4 sessions per week Thursday and Friday. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough medical assessments and diagnose a wide range of health conditions.
Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Administer medications and oversee medication management programmes.
Provide specialised care in areas such as senior care, hospice, home care, and nursing home environments.
Perform or interpret medical imaging procedures as required.
Engage in clinical research activities to support evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with legal and organisational standards.
Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic patient care.
Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management strategies.
Stay informed about advancements in medical science, including anatomy knowledge and public health initiatives.
Skills
Proven experience in patient care across diverse settings such as ICU, nursing homes, or hospice care.
Strong understanding of anatomy, pathology, and pharmacology principles.
Competence in medication administration and medical imaging techniques.
Experience with clinical research methodologies is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Ability to handle complex cases involving senior or vulnerable populations with sensitivity and professionalism.
Knowledge of public health policies and practices relevant to community health initiatives.
