We are looking for a new team member to join our expanding team. We have 3 GP Partners, 5 salaried GPs, and Advanced Nurse Practitioners. Our clinical system is SystmOne.

The Practice provides services to a patient population of 11,080. We have an excellent complement of administrative and nursing staff including 3 Nurses, an HCA, a Physiotherapist, a practice pharmacist, and a Pharmacy technician, and are high achieving in all clinical and quality areas. We are rated 'Good' at our last CQC inspection. We have stronger leadership and experience in the practice with our Partners working closely with the ICB to GP deanery.

We are looking for a like-minded GP to share in our Practice vision of providing the highest standard of care to our patients.

We have encouraged and remunerated our previous and current practice doctors to develop additional skills to increase their portfolio and offer monthly training meetings. We nurture and encourage a cohesive team environment.

We have a low home visiting rate and utilise the skills within our practice team to reduce the administrative burden on our GP.

We are affiliated with the University of Leicester and Jubilee Training Academy for the teaching of medical students and registrars. We also work closely with NHSE and train GP registrars.

We are part of North Blaby PCN.

We are a research practice so doctors will be given the chance to carry out research projects.

Pay: 40,000.00-43,000.00 per year
