Forest Hill Road Group Practice

We have an opportunity for a 4 Session Salaried GP to join our Practice. We are a training practice hosting both GP trainees and medical students. We have 3 clinical GP Partners and 1 Managing Partner, five salaried GPs and 2 GP registrars.

We have an experienced ANP, Practice Nurse, HCA, practice Pharmacist and a supporting Pharmacy Technician.

We are a member of South Southwark PCN and have access to ARRS staff including a Mental Health Practitioner, Paramedic, 2 Pharmacists, First Contact Physiotherapist, Care Coordinators, Social Prescribers and a Health & Wellbeing Coach.

Our pharmacy team manage structured medication reviews, medication queries, repeat prescription monitoring, medication changes on discharge summaries and also do some chronic disease work on areas such as hypertension and cholesterol management.

We use EMIS, AccuRx and Docman and have approximately 10,000 patients. We are a skilled, diverse, high achieving and enthusiastic organisation, and we strive to deliver high-quality care for our patients, and to support the development and well-being of our team.

We operate a hybrid system using AccuRx online triage for routine appointments, and urgent on the day appointments are triaged by the on call team. We have weekly practice meetings.

We are situated next to Peckham Rye Park and are very close to East Dulwich.

CQC rated 'Good' practice.

We are looking for a

4 session GP to join our team working on a Monday and Tuesday

Salary based on experience.
