Job Advert for: 6 Month Temporary Salaried GP Leading to Permanent Post at Ballywalter Health Centre

Ballywalter Health Centre is a well-established, successful practice serving much of the Ards Peninsula with an excellent reputation for patient care. Situated on the east coast of the province overlooking the Irish Sea our growing rural practice is a 20 minute drive from both Newtownards and Bangor. We are pleased to invite a Salaried GP to join our highly experienced and friendly team.

Our Team:

Clinical team consisting of:

o 2 GP Partners

o 3 Salaried GPs

o 3 Practice Nurses

o 1 Senior Nursing Assistant

o 2 Practice Based Pharmacists

o 2 CBT Therapists

Practice Team consisting of:

o 1 Practice Managers

o 1 Finance Manager

o 1 Assistant Manager

o 9 Receptionists

Your Role and Benefits:

2 days per week; 2 sessions per day - 2 roles available working Monday and Friday and 1 role available working Tuesday and Friday

6 month temporary role leading to permanent Salaried GP role

6 weeks' annual leave

Competitive financial package consisting:

o Annual salary 44,000 (11,000 annually per session for 4 sessions)

o Excellent HSC Pension

Salary:

11,000 annually per session

Ideal Start Date:

Negotiable depending on existing commitments
