Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and professional Salaried General Practitioner (GP) to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities



Conduct thorough patient consultations, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care. Manage a diverse caseload of patients across various health conditions with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards. Support the development of practice protocols and contribute to clinical governance activities. Provide health promotion advice and preventative care tailored to individual patient needs. Supervise junior medical staff or trainees as required, fostering a positive learning environment. Maintain up-to-date medical knowledge and adhere to best practices in primary care delivery.

Experience



Fully qualified General Practitioner with registration with the appropriate medical council or licensing authority. Proven experience working within a primary care or general practice setting. Demonstrated competence in managing a broad spectrum of medical conditions independently. Experience in supervising or mentoring junior staff or trainees is desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds. Knowledge of healthcare systems, clinical guidelines, and evidence-based practices relevant to primary care. Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse communities effectively.
