Sales Executive
to help grow our client base and maintain strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers
Present and promote consultancy services to prospective clients through meetings, calls, and presentations
Understand client needs and propose tailored consultancy solutions
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software
Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure consistent messaging and excellent client service
Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
3-5 years Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or professional services (consulting, HR, finance, legal, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Good business acumen and an ability to grasp complex services and solutions
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in selling consultancy, SaaS, or other intangible services
Existing network of corporate clients or industry contacts
