Position Overview:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in managing the sale process from start to finish. You will be responsible for liaising between sellers and buyers, negotiating the best deals, and ensuring that transactions are completed smoothly. Your role is pivotal in achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Sales and Negotiation:
Liaise with property sellers and buyers to negotiate offers and facilitate sales.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information on properties to prospective buyers.
Advise clients on pricing strategies, market trends, and the sales process.
Conduct property viewings, both in-person and virtually, providing potential buyers with detailed information.
Customer Service and Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the sales process.
Regularly update clients on the status of their property sale or purchase.
Offer advice and support to buyers and sellers, ensuring they feel informed and confident throughout the transaction.
Sales and Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
Proactively generate leads and opportunities for property sales through networking, marketing, and referrals.
Assist in increasing market share through personal and team efforts.
Market Knowledge:
Stay informed on local property market trends, competition, and pricing to provide the best advice to clients.
Regularly check properties on the market to ensure they remain competitive and priced effectively.
Administrative Duties:
Process offers, sales paperwork, and contracts, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate the closing process, ensuring all parties are in alignment for a smooth transaction.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members, including the Sales Manager, to achieve team goals and provide the best possible service to clients.
Collaborate with other departments, such as lettings and property management, when necessary.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally within the estate agency or property sector.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with a variety of clients.
A proactive and motivated approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A full UK driving license and own vehicle.
Knowledge of property management software and CRM systems (advantageous but not essential).
Qualifications:
Relevant qualifications (such as NAEA, ARLA, or similar) are desirable but not essential.
Full UK driving license.
