Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Account Executive to be based at Atcham, reporting directly to the PG Sales Director.

Working hours are Monday- Thursday 08:30am- 17:00pm, Fridays 08:30am - 15:30pm

Purpose

The primary responsibility of the Sales Account Executive is to work closely with the Sales Director to support customers and grow sales through an increased share wallet of customers.

Key Responsibilities

o_ Make outbound calls and conduct field visits as required for customers assigned to you through CRM tasks_

o Translate customer descriptions and codes to ensure they receive exactly what they need.
o Provide technical solutions to customer requirements, seeking information from Technical Sales or the Product Manager when necessary.
o Offer application advice, consulting Technical Sales or Product Management if unsure.
o Work closely with Product Management to report and clarify missing or anomalous product information.
o Prepare and send quotations via email, telephone, or through the Winman system.
o Process and update quotes and proformas in Winman as required.
o Take full ownership of quotes and proformas before sending them to customers. Respond to calls promptly while maintaining a professional and friendly manner.
o Resolve customer queries or issues and relay relevant information to the Sales Admin Manager for updating the Continual Improvement Log.
o Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
