Sales Liaison
to help strengthen key accounts, re-engage lapsed stores, and support our sales team and management.
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Friday: 9:00am - 1:00pm
(37.5 hours per week)
Part time hours or School working hours would be considered.
About the Role
This is an office-based role centered around personal communication, relationship building and sales support. You'll be in regular contact with our key accounts, assist smaller stores to increase their spend, and reach out to stores who haven't purchased from us in recent seasons to rebuild relationships.
You'll also support the Sales Director and sales agents, attend trade shows, and provide useful sales reports and insights to both management and the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Building & Sales Support
Maintain regular, friendly contact with key accounts via phone, email and messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Messenger etc.).
Share new collections, sales materials, marketing assets and brand updates.
Reopen and rebuild relationships with stores who haven't bought from us in recent seasons.
Support smaller or lower-spend accounts to help increase engagement and order volume.
Provide personal support to the Sales Director and sales agents with customer feedback and follow-ups.
Lead Generation & Outreach
Warm up potential new accounts ahead of agent visits through email, phone, mailouts and social media messaging.
Turn cold leads into warm prospects to create more successful appointments for sales reps.
Sales Reporting & Admin Support
Produce sales reports, performance summaries and account updates for management and the sales team.
Use Excel to track sales data, account performance and store activity.
Keep simple records of communication and feedback to support decision-making.
Trade Shows & Events
Attend national and international bridal trade shows as part of the sales team.
Assist with appointments, retailer introductions, and post-show follow-ups.
Coordination
Act as a communication link between stores, head office and sales agents.
General order and delivery updates will be managed by the wider admin team, while you focus on relationship care and communication.
What We're Looking For
Skills & Experience
Experience in sales support, account management or customer-facing roles (bridal, fashion or wholesale advantageous).
Confident using Excel and comfortable creating basic sales reports and summaries.
Strong phone and written communication skills.
Highly organised with good attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a busy office environment.
Personal Qualities
Warm, friendly and able to build trust and rapport easily.
Proactive -- confident picking up the phone and starting conversations.
Presentable and professional at trade shows and events.
Positive team player with a supportive, "how can I help?" attitude.
