- Sales Account Manager

- Salary 25,000 basic

- On Target Earnings 75,000

Account Managers

with a passion for sales and a track record of success in either b2b or b2c sales to join their high-energy, supportive team.

What You'll Do:

Handle pre-qualified, hot leads-- no cold calling! Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers, lenders, and dealerships over the phone. Understand customer needs and guide them to the right finance options. Manage your own pipeline efficiently to maximise conversion and commission. Ensure compliance with legal and FCA guidelines (DPA, income verification, etc.). Stay up to date on finance products, rates, and lender criteria.

What They're Looking For:

Minimum 12 months experience in sales/account management with a strong success record. A natural communicatorwho builds rapport easily and handles objections with confidence. Organised and detail-focused -- able to juggle leads and follow-ups with ease. Motivated by
