TradeScape is seeking a dynamic Trade Sales Account Manager to join our office-based team. This is a hands-on sales role focused on growing our trade customer base and delivering exceptional service to landscapers, builders, and general traders, whilst further strengthening the TradeScape brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing trade accounts with a focus on retention and upselling
- Self-generate new trade leads and convert them into long-term customers
- Qualify and convert warm, company-generated leads
- Consistently meet and exceed trade sales targets
- Provide accurate quotations, technical support, and high-quality customer service
- Feed back market insights to directors to help shape strategy and stay ahead of industry trends
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven experience in direct sales to landscapers, builders, or general traders
- Strong B2B sales background, ideally in construction, landscaping, or building materials
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and manage long-term customer relationships
- Confident in handling technical product queries and providing tailored solutions
- Highly organised, target-driven, and proactive in lead generation
- Comfortable using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
