Role Overview
In this role, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of accounts while identifying and pursuing new
business opportunities. You'll be the driving force behind customer satisfaction, vendor
partnerships, and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Achieving monthly and annual gross profit targets.
Developing detailed growth plans for each account.
Proactively identifying new prospects across key technology markets.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors.
Supporting cross-department collaboration to improve efficiency and service.
Leveraging all available training and development to stay ahead of market trends.
Meeting and exceeding role metrics and performance KPIs.
Delivering confident, value-driven communication aligned with company goals.
About You
You're a confident communicator and natural relationship builder with a commercial mindset and an
eye for opportunity. You take ownership of your accounts, thrive under pressure, and enjoy working
in a fast-paced environment.
You'll bring:
Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development--ideally within the
technology or distribution sector.
Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions (server, storage, and infrastructure).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A driven, target-focused approach with strong organisational skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and data-led decision making.
