As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Sales & Account Manager to help us build and strengthen client relationships, while driving growth opportunities.
The Role
We're looking for a Sales & Account Manager to join our high-octane team. This role is central to building strong client relationships, driving growth, and ensuring our clients experience the very best of what we do. You will create new opportunities and build long-term relationships, identifying ways we can support them further, and supporting the firm in delivering first-class service.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with start-ups, scaling companies, and corporates. Including development of our online presence.
Client Relationship Management:
Along with the team build relationships with our clients and lead the firm in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Cross-Selling Services:
Understand our full range of services (accountancy, tax planning, advisory, grants, inheritance planning) and identify opportunities to add value.
Strategic Input:
Work closely with the leadership team on growth plans, spearhead entry into new markets, develop existing relationships and refine client engagement strategies.
Reporting & Targets:
Track pipeline, client touch points, and deliver on agreed sales/account growth targets.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines commercial acumen with client care. Ideally, you'll have experience in professional services, accountancy, or financial advisory, but we'll also consider those from strong B2B backgrounds.
Experience in sales, business development, or account management
Strong relationship-building skills and a client-first mindset
Comfortable working with entrepreneurs, finance teams, and decision-makers
Target-driven, with a track record of achieving results
Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
