Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market analysis.
Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate reports.
Conduct regular analysis of sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer service.
Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts that meet both their needs and company goals.
Provide training and support to junior sales staff as needed, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
