We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The Sales Account Manager will utilise Salesforce to track progress and optimise account strategies, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee online sales accounts across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and company websites, ensuring continuous growth and compliance with platform policies.
Monitor daily sales performance, revenue trends, and key KPIs, and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for senior management.
Handle pricing strategies, discounts, and promotional campaigns to maximise sales volume and profit margins while remaining competitive in the UK market. Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and account reconciliations, ensuring alignment with accounting and bookkeeping requirements.
Coordinate with accounts and finance teams to track payments, manage credit terms, and ensure timely settlement of online transactions.
Manage customer accounts and key business clients, resolving account-related queries, order discrepancies, and payment issues professionally.
Oversee order processing, refunds, chargebacks, and dispute resolutions in line with UK consumer law and e-commerce platform rules.
Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock levels, timely dispatch, and fulfilment of online orders.
Analyse sales data and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and market expansion.
Support management in forecasting sales, budgeting, and planning future e-commerce growth strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of achieving targets.
Strong analysis skills to interpret data, market trends, and customer insights.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently at all levels.
Organised with strong time management skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently.
