Responsible for new business development in assigned business territory to meet team sales targets set.
Ensure high levels of customer service are achieved for prospective customers as required.
Work towards targeted and strategically planned growth areas, contributing to the overall divisional targets and objectives.
Meet or exceed agreed monthly targets at required GM.
Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Provides Line Manager with oral and written reports on customer needs, competitive activities and potential.
Attends one-on-one review meetings with Sales Manager to build more effective communications, and to highlight training and development needs and communicate feedback on weekly events.
Organises daily work load in an efficient manner, and adheres to documentation formats in place.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Assists in the implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Provides timely feedback to sales manager on any customer and supplier issues regarding complaints and supply.
Provides support and flexibility for additional divisions within Antistat as requested by Line Manager.
Provides timely feedback to Line Manager regarding performance on sales achieved and projects in progress.
Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports. Including commission reports to be reported monthly.
Creates and conducts proposal presentations and quotation responses.
Completion of Client Meetings to meet KPI's, with some international travel required on occasion.
Assists colleagues in preparation of proposals and presentations where required.
Manage where necessary day to day supply chain issues to meet agreed customer Service level agreements.
Experience of Salesforce CRM beneficial.
