If you're organised, persuasive on the phone, and motivated by fast-paced, high-impact work, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on inbound and referral leads to book survey appointments
Support field sales reps by validating property addresses, handling admin tasks, and providing key information for site visits

Re-engage no-shows and warm leads to keep the sales pipeline active
Educate prospects on our insulation services and the benefits of government-backed funding
What We're Looking For:
Confident communicator on the phone with a clear, professional tone
Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proactive and resourceful, with a helpful, problem-solving mindset
Comfortable supporting a high-energy, fast-moving sales operation
A strong team player with a customer-first approach
Previous experience in Real Estate is preferred (e.g. Property Management, Lettings, etc)
