. We are now expanding into new markets (UK, Europe, USA,UAE) and are looking for a
Sales Account Manager
who will strengthen sales during the high season and help scale the business in the UK and worldwide.
Role Objectives
Close new deals with hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and distributors.
Support the company's x10 growth target within the next 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
Active search and acquisition of new clients (4-5? hotels, fine dining restaurants, distributors, private clients).
Conducting meetings and tastings (including participation in international exhibitions).
Managing the full sales cycle: from first contact to deal closure.
Working with CRM: recording leads, reporting, follow-ups.
Achieving KPI: number of meetings, leads, and closed contracts.
Collaborating with the marketing team (preparation of materials, presentations, client campaigns).
Maintaining a high level of customer service (luxury standard).
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury, F&B, HoReCa, or premium products.
Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate with top-level executives.
Strong hunter mentality: proven ability to identify and open new markets/segments.
Experience with CRM systems and sales funnels.
Fluent English; additional languages (Russian, Ukrainian, French, Spanish, German) are a strong plus.
