The Role:



Reporting to the Commercial Director, you'll be the driving force behind our client relationships and business growth. This is your chance to make a significant impact in a company that values innovation, customer-centricity, and going the extra mile.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and grow our key client accounts, balancing business growth with compliance and commercial terms Maximise opportunities through existing business growth and cross-selling new products Prospect, develop leads, and deliver compelling proposals and presentations Drive new business development, particularly with solicitor firms Collaborate with the Commercial Director to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with clients, brokers, and partners Assess profitability and growth potential across our client base Lead training and communications for operational teams Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Manage critical administrative tasks and marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For:



Extensive experience in account management within the legal / ATE sector Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with law firms at all levels Strategic thinker with project management capabilities In-depth understanding of legal market trends and forces in the ATE insurance industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
