We are seeking a experianced , dynamic and results-driven I.T. Sales Account Manager to join our team . This role involves managing your own key client accounts, developing strategic sales plans, and fostering long-term relationships with business partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of B2B sales processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth while honing your professional skills within a collaborative environment.I deal candidate will have at least 5 years experiance and have their own BOOK in order to get running strait away. We offer a generous basic and commision structure or can offer a 50/50 option on a freelance bases

Duties



Manage and develop Your existing client accounts to maximise sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. Identify new business prospects through market analysis and networking, expanding our client base effectively. Develop tailored sales strategies aligned with clients' needs, utilising analysis skills to interpret market data and trends. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Lead negotiations and close deals efficiently, ensuring mutual benefit for both clients and the company. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to deliver customised solutions. Provide ongoing support and consultancy to clients, fostering long-term relationships built on trust and value. Analyse sales performance metrics regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic adjustments.

Skills



Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets. Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, customer feedback, and sales performance metrics. Proficiency in / or comparable CRM software for managing client information and sales pipelines. Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Organised approach to work with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards building relationships and closing deals. Pay: 40,000.00-95,586.50 per year
