Salary: From 27500 + Uncapped Commission - OTE Y1 is 40,000

About the Role



We're looking for a driven and dynamic account manager with a strong background in outbound B2B sales to join our team. This is a high-activity role focused on making 100+ outbound calls per day to new leads, prospects, and existing customers. You'll be the first point of contact in the sales process, generating interest, booking meetings, and qualifying leads. You'll work closely with our company directors, who will support you in nurturing and closing deals. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a company with clear progression into full-cycle sales and management.

Key Responsibilities



Make high-volume outbound calls daily (minimum 100 calls). Generate new business opportunities and nurture existing customer relationships. o Qualify leads and book meetings for directors to support with closing Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information and activity tracking. Work towards and achieve monthly sales targets. Collaborate with leadership on improving outreach strategies and converting leads.

What We're Looking For



Minimum 18 months of outbound B2B sales experience (2+ years preferred) Proven ability to hit call and sales targets Excellent verbal and written communication skills Tenacious, self-motivated, and hungry to earn Comfortable working independently and in a small, close-knit team Willing and able to work in the office five days per week during the 6-month probation period.
