Job Purpose
We seek a driven and dynamic
Sales Account Manager
to join our team, specialising in selling a range of Environmental Service such as, tank cleaning, fuel polishing, tank restoration services, fuel maintenance packages, and fuel sampling. You will play a critical role in growing our business by identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with current clients, and presenting tailored solutions that meet their environmental compliance and maintenance needs.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business by identifying potential clients in industries such as marine, transportation, and energy.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Present, promote, and sell services such as tank cleaning, fuel sampling, and maintenance packages to new and existing clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and service agreements.
Account Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
Manage existing client accounts, ensuring service satisfaction and addressing any needs or concerns.
Negotiate contracts and close deals that are profitable and align with the company's goals.
Regularly follow up with clients to assess their evolving needs and offer new services.
Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries and sales activities
Address customer objections and concerns professionally, turning them into opportunities to showcase the value of our products/services
Person Specification
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the environmental services, industrial products, or related industries.
Knowledge: Familiarity with environmental products and services such as tank polishing, fuel sampling, and environmental compliance solutions is highly desirable.
Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and provide exceptional service, building long-term business relationships.
Organisational Skills: Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
