Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who loves helping customers bring their ideas to life? We're looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of key customer accounts.

Following our launch at the Chelsea Flower Show in 2018, we have been designing, building and installing outdoor kitchens all over the UK. We listened. What people wanted were outdoor kitchens that suited the British outdoors. Beautiful in design, yet simple in construction.

About the Role



As a Sales Account Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of existing customers ensuring they receive outstanding service, support, and creative solutions. You'll manage day-to-day enquiries, process orders efficiently, and identify opportunities to grow accounts by understanding customer needs and proactively offering tailored products and services.

Key Responsibilities



Manage customer accounts: Build strong, lasting relationships with assigned customers and serve as their go-to contact. Increase customer spend: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and solution-based selling. Support customer designs: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to refine customer designs and deliver creative, high-quality outcomes. Handle queries and orders: Respond promptly to questions, quotations, and order processing with accuracy and attention to detail. Proactive outreach: Regularly check in with customers to ensure satisfaction, promote new products, and identify future needs. Work cross-functionally: Liaise with internal departments (design, production, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent customer experiences.

About You



Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service (B2B preferred). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive, consultative approach to sales and problem-solving. Highly organised with great attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
