We are looking to hire some new team members for our growing business. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who is interested in learning how to sell from a leadership team with experience doing business at the highest level. We will provide you with excellent training and coach you to become confident in selling to both small and large organisations. We have experienced high levels of growth in the last 12 months and are keen to expand our reach even further by increasing the number of salespeople we have.
Salary - 26,000.00 to 30,000.00 per year (depending on experience) plus an uncapped bonus of circa 6k per year.

Responsibilities:
Outbound business to business calling
Lead generation/creating and monitoring sales pipeline
Recognising potential opportunities and understanding client's requirements
Creating long term and effective business relationships
Appointment setting
Selling our systems and services across the telephone to a variety of construction project stakeholders
Social selling - leveraging social media to generate interactions.
