Your Role We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our exceptional Hospitality & Residential team with a patch spanning the Midlands, and an ideal central focus point being either Nottingham or Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales approach, strong relationship building skills as well as the hunger and passion needed to upsell and develop new business. The Hospitality & Residential sector thrives off providing the utmost customer experience and our solutions enable the team to provide the clientele with the premium and luxury experience they seek. The role is remote and has a degree of travel involved throughout the working week. The role of a Sales Account Manager is one which suits those who are positive and proactive, detail focused and organised, as well as able to work and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment. The role is both challenging and rewarding and offers the ability for people to shine and develop within the business. Additionally, ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of, and potentially experience in, the hospitality and/or residential industry. Your Impact
Achieve and over-achieve sales targets within your assigned territory
Create and present CAD visuals (full training provided)
Market management and fulfillment of sales pipeline/productivity measures in line with the Company sales code
Identify consumer leads and sales through B2B2C opportunities and consumer networks
Keep up-to-date as a product and solutions expert
Ensure a premium customer experience, attending all relevant installations
Collaborate with different business functions to deliver Total Wellness Solutions
Collaborate with finance for proactive customer credit collection
CRM and quotation tool management, with clean and up-to-date market data
Execute weekly pipeline management reviews to maximize conversion rate (refuse to lose) and provide reliable forecasts
Research and feed back on market/segment/territory trends
About You You will have:
At least 2 years' sales experience as Sales Account Manager or similar
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Sports & Exercise Science or equivalent - desirable but not essential
Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
Consultative selling approach and negotiation skills
Resilient prospector/business developer
Knowledge of fitness product use and physiological benefits
Solid experience with CRM software (knowledge of Salesforce is a plus)
Social media, IT proficiency and digital skills
Excellent listening, communication and presentation abilities
