About the Role
We are seeking experienced driven sales people for our role involving both
Sales Development Representative (SDR) & Sales Account Manager
skills to play a key role in expanding our corporate training solutions. This hybrid role combines
lead generation, outreach, and new business development (SDR focus)
with
relationship management and client retention (Account Management focus)
.
You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing leads, and ensuring the long-term success of our corporate training partnerships. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive professional looking to grow in a consultative sales and account management role within the
corporate training and learning & development (L&D) sector
.
Key Responsibilities Sales Development (SDR Focus)
Prospect, research, and identify
key corporate decision-makers (HR, L&D, Training Managers, etc.).
Conduct
outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
to generate and qualify leads.
Schedule and lead
introductory calls and discovery meetings
with potential clients.
Educate prospects
on the value of our training solutions and tailor messaging to their needs.
Maintain and update a
CRM system
to track leads, conversations, and progress.
Close Sales.
Account Management (Client Success Focus)
Build and maintain strong relationships with
existing clients
to drive renewals and expansion.
Act as a
trusted advisor
, understanding client training needs and recommending tailored solutions.
Manage ongoing client accounts, ensuring
high engagement, retention, and satisfaction
.
Identify
upsell and cross-sell
opportunities within existing accounts.
Partner with internal teams to ensure
seamless delivery
of training programs.
Regularly check in with clients to gather feedback and optimize their learning experiences.
Key Requirements
?
1-3 years experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
, preferably within corporate training, learning & development, or professional services.
? Strong
prospecting, cold outreach, and lead generation
skills.
? Confident
communicator and relationship-builder
with corporate decision-makers.
? Ability to manage multiple accounts while
driving revenue growth
through new business.
? A results-driven mindset with a
passion for consultative sales and client success
.
? Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
