Benson Signs, part of LPW Group, are a Liverpool based sign maker established in 1969 who have built up a reputation as one of the UK's leading sign specialists.

As a Sales Account Manager at Benson Signs Ltd, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and cultivating relationships with new clients while nurturing existing accounts. You will work closely with our clients to understand their signage needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their brand objectives

The ideal candidate will have experience in the signage and or print industry, and display the key skill required within the role

Salary:

Negotiable depending on experience

Key Responsibilities



Work with the sales team to manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle and beyond. Handle day to day activities of accounts to ensure good working relationships. Manage and grow client accounts by understanding their needs, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and delivering exceptional customer service. Convert enquires to sales orders Calculate costs for labour and materials for large and small bespoke projects Process quotes with attention to detail in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams, from production to installation of the final product. Any other ad hoc task in line with the role.

Key Skills & Experience



Previous experience in the Sign Industry Be able to read and understand architect drawings, specifications and related documents. Good communication skills with the ability to "Spin multiple plates" Must have previous sign experience Have good technical knowledge, including an understanding of led illumination & substrates and sign fabrication Have a keen attention to detail Good computer skills, numeracy skills with knowledge of Word and Excel. Knowledge of Clarity software advantageous Excellent time management and organisational skills
