Office Test is a London-based company providing comprehensive compliance solutions to UK businesses -- from start-ups to large blue-chip organisations. We specialise in Electrical Compliance, Fire Safety, and Health & Safety services, currently serving over 5,500 business clients.

The Opportunity


Based in our modern offices in the heart of London, this is an exciting opportunity for driven professionals to build and grow a personal client portfolio. New starters are onboarded with a warm bank of lapsed and dormant accounts, alongside some active clients and new prospects. You'll be supported to develop these accounts, reignite relationships, and cross-sell our full range of services, while also seeking out new business opportunities.

The Role


As a Sales Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and expanding a personal portfolio of clients. While new business acquisition remains a key focus, long-term client development and cross-selling are at the core of this role. You'll work closely with clients to understand their compliance needs, identify growth opportunities, and ensure they receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities



Manage a personal portfolio of lapsed, active, and prospective accounts with the goal of reactivating, growing, and retaining business. Proactively generate new opportunities through outbound calling, referrals, and networking. Build strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers across various industries. Identify client needs and tailor our full range of compliance solutions accordingly. Drive account growth through effective cross-selling and upselling strategies. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline progress using the company CRM. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and service experience. Regularly review account performance and proactively seek ways to add value and increase client spend.

Who We're Looking For



A driven, client-focused individual with a passion for both sales and relationship-building. Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage at all levels. A proactive mindset and commercial acumen -- you spot opportunities others miss. Organised and detail-oriented, with experience managing a sales pipeline or CRM. Someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and takes ownership of their success.

80k OTE
