Responsibilities



Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base. Conduct detailed analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Prepare customised proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Utilise Salesforce CRM system to manage sales pipelines, track interactions, and generate reports on sales performance. Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets. Provide leadership within the sales team by sharing best practices and mentoring junior staff where appropriate.

Requirements



Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and customer insights effectively. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is essential. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive approach to team collaboration and motivation. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently to clients at all levels. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. A degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
