In this fast-paced role, you'll handle trade and retail enquiries by phone, email, and in person--providing quotes, processing orders, and building lasting relationships. You'll also help drive our growth by promoting our products and seeking new business opportunities.
We have recently brought a new yard in Olney, and are looking for reliable, hard working people to help get everything up and running smoothly, while building our presence in the areas surrounding. This role has an anticipated start date of 2nd March 2026, but this is flexible for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer enquiries and orders
Prepare accurate, competitive quotes
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Develop new business across the local area
Collaborate with a supportive sales team to further boost sales
About You:
Minimum 2 years' sales experience (advantageous if in builders/landscape merchants or similar)
Established local customer base (preferred not essential)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Positive, proactive, and team-oriented
Confident using email, order systems, and basic IT tools
Reliable transport (due to yard location)
Right to work in the UK
