Job Title: Sales Account Manager - Garage Equipment Supplier

Location: Field Based (with occasional office attendance)

Hours: Full Time | Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Salary: Competitive + Company Car + Phone + Expenses + Pension.

About the Role:



We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in the garage equipment supply industry. This is a field-based role requiring UK-wide travel, with some time spent within the office. The successful candidate will play a vital part in managing existing client relationships while actively growing our customer base.

This role is ideal for someone with strong sales acumen, a solid understanding of garage equipment, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality service and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention Identify and convert new business opportunities within the automotive service industry Provide product demonstrations and training to customers Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and quotes Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings across the UK Collaborate with internal departments Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and new product developments Work within monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:



Proven experience in sales/account management, preferably in the garage equipment or automotive sector In-depth industry knowledge and understanding of garage workshop operations and equipment Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the UK Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills and a self-motivated attitude Comfortable using digital tools
