. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a
National Sales Account Manager
to help expand our presence and develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Role Overview
As
National Sales Account Manager
, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing strategic client accounts. You will also play a key role in responding to major tenders and contracts across both the public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities nationwide
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
Lead on public and private sector tenders with detailed understanding of compliance and commercial requirements
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through a consultative, value-driven approach
Conduct product presentations and attend site meetings across the UK
Work cross-functionally with procurement, marketing, and operations to ensure outstanding service delivery
Keep accurate records using internal CRM systems and reporting tools
Candidate Requirements
Minimum
3 years of B2B sales experience
in
PPE, workwear
, or
uniform supply
In-depth knowledge of industry standards, product categories, and safety compliance
Demonstrated success in
account management
and
new business development
Existing client portfolio or strong industry network (highly desirable)
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationally
Desirable Attributes
Experience working with
facilities management firms

construction contractors

local authorities
Familiarity with
public procurement portals
(e.g., Proactis, Jaggaer, or similar)
Ability to contribute to
bid writing

pricing strategies

framework submissions
