Job Summary



Building long-term client relationships, managing existing clients, acting as the main contact for a portfolio of accounts Driving revenue growth by understanding client needs Resolving issues, upselling services, and coordinating internal teams to ensure satisfaction and achieve sales targets Proactively engaging with New Business internet enquiries and delivering sales conversions Identifying new opportunities, reporting on sales, blending sales expertise with strong customer service and relationship management Social media appearances will be required Generating new business Team work within sales department Commission possible after 6-month probation passed

Qualifications/Skills/Experience



Experience in sales and processing leads preferred Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office software and in particular, Microsoft Excel Problem-solving skills and good attention to detail Ability to work on own initiative as well as collaboratively, working with all levels of the business to establish a positive customer focused culture Customer focused attitude Enthusiastic and a positive attitude to work is essential Previous experience using a CRM system preferred Good phone manner Awareness & understanding of FCA Regulation & Data Protection Legislation.
