Premsafe is one of the UK's leading fall protection contractors, is growing fast - and we're looking for an ambitious Account Manager to help us take our client partnerships to the next level.

You'll be stepping into a warm desk with huge potential - backed by a trusted brand, strong case studies, and a management team that values initiative, rewards performance, and promotes from within.

What You'll Be Doing



Managing and developing a portfolio of existing clients - ensuring exceptional service, repeat business, and long-term partnerships Proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities across the construction and facilities sectors Creating tailored proposals, closing deals, and consistently hitting/exceeding monthly targets Working closely with our estimating, operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution Keeping CRM systems up-to-date and reporting on key sales metrics

What We're Looking For



Proven track record in B2B sales or account management - ideally within construction, facilities, or a technical product/service industry Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly and close business Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously A positive attitude and a hunger to progress your career Full UK driving licence (required).

What You'll Get



Salary: 27,500-32,000 basic (DOE) + uncapped monthly commission
OTE: 50,000+ in Year 1
