27,000 basic (dependent on experience) + Uncapped Commission

QTD Ltd is a market-leading timber specialist, supplying high-quality materials for both commercial and domestic projects across the UK. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and proactive Sales Executive / Account Manager to join our close-knit team.

This is a target-driven role primarily focused on outbound sales calls. You'll be responsible for following up on quotes, converting leads into confirmed orders, and building lasting client relationships. You'll also manage your own sales pipeline and be supported by our in-house CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts with regular, professional communication. Follow up on sales quotes and convert opportunities into orders via phone and email. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Create quotes, manage incoming enquiries, and complete associated admin tasks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system. Handle phone calls, manage the shared inbox, and provide general administrative support.

What We're Looking For:

GCSE Maths and English (minimum pass) Strong phone manner and confident communication skills Excellent written and verbal English Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools (must be computer literate) Proven business development and sales experience Target-driven, motivated, and customer-focused Excellent time management and organisational skills Able to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines Must have a full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team player mentality
