Main responsibilities:
Daily review and processing of customer schedules and sales orders, data entry on customer's own portal, dealing with customer queries and order progressing. Liaising internally with purchasing department, manufacturing department and despatch.
Preparation of commercial and export documentation.
To provide assistance in annual price increases promotions to current customer.
Role is 75% admin work, includes a great deal of problem solving and resolving queries. Typing speed of around 50wpm, very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
We are looking for an enthusiastic character, someone who is willing to go the extra mile, a quick learner and somebody to take on a challenging role.
Previous work experience within a sales or customer orientated environment essential.
Essential: problem solver, quick learner, team player, plenty of initiative.
