Sales & Accounts Administrator - FULL TIME/MON-FRI


Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a knack for numbers and a "can-do" attitude? We're looking for a motivated Sales & Accounts Administrator to join our team at John Clark Volvo in Dundee.

What You'll Be Doing:

Your role will be split between supporting our sales team and assisting with accounts. You'll handle a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly, including:

Sales Administration:

Invoicing and taxing new and used cars, preparing manufacturer handover packs, managing vehicle stock, and setting up warranties.

Accounts Duties:

Daily Banking - Daily Bank Statements - processing supplier invoices and statement, preparing payment requisitions for external and internal purposes

What We're Looking For:

We're searching for someone who is confident, professional, and has a strong focus on customer service. To succeed in this role, you should have:


Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. The ability to manage a heavy, ever-changing workload and prioritise effectively. Strong administrative skills, preferably with previous experience in a motor trade or similar fast-paced environment. A self-motivated, proactive, and articulate approach to your work.
