Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact
Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling strategies
Manage client accounts using Salesforce and other CRM software to track interactions, sales activities, and progress
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively and efficiently
Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to client needs, demonstrating the value of our products or services
Monitor account performance metrics and report on key insights to senior management
Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Assist in onboarding new clients by providing comprehensive support during the initial phases of engagement
Requirements
Proven experience in account management or sales roles, preferably within a similar industry
Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software is essential for managing client data effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-centric mindset
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
A recognised qualification in business, marketing, or related fields is desirable but not essential
