Key Responsibilities
Support our field sales team by preparing reports, presentations, and up-to-date product and customer information.
Act as a first point of contact for customer queries, providing accurate data, product details, and excellent service.
Maintain and update customer databases, CRM systems, and sales documentation.
Process orders, quotations, and customer requests with accuracy and efficiency.
Liaise with internal departments (Marketing, Logistics, Finance) to ensure sales operations run seamlessly.
Produce regular sales performance reports and dashboards for the team and management.
Assist in the preparation of sales campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
Carry out general administration duties, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and handling documentation.

Strong IT skills, with experience in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in a Sales Administration or similar support role preferred.
Experience working with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
Strong numeracy and data-handling skills.
GCSEs/A-Levels or equivalent; further qualifications are an advantage but not essential.
