Role Overview



We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive

Sales Administrator

to become the backbone of our busy Sales team. In this role, you'll provide vital support to our field sales team, ensuring they have the information they need to succeed, while also assisting our customers with accurate product and data support. From managing key administration tasks to helping drive sales performance, you'll play a central role in keeping everything running smoothly, and no two days will be the same.

Key Responsibilities



Support our field sales team by preparing reports, presentations, and up-to-date product and customer information. Act as a first point of contact for customer queries, providing accurate data, product details, and excellent service. Maintain and update customer databases, CRM systems, and sales documentation. Process orders, quotations, and customer requests with accuracy and efficiency. Liaise with internal departments (Marketing, Logistics, Finance) to ensure sales operations run seamlessly. Produce regular sales performance reports and dashboards for the team and management. Assist in the preparation of sales campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities. Carry out general administration duties, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and handling documentation.

Key Skills & Attributes



Highly organised with a strong attention to detail. Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Strong IT skills, with experience in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering great service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience



Previous experience in a Sales Administration or similar support role preferred. Experience working with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage. Strong numeracy and data-handling skills. GCSEs/A-Levels or equivalent; further qualifications are an advantage but not essential.

Pay: 18,000.00-26,000.00 per year
