About Us:



R M Labels Limited provide identification products to the domestic, commercial and industrial sectors throughout the UK, and occasionally further afield. A small, family run business with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional customer service, supplying quality products, and often working to deadlines.

The Role:



We are looking for a new Sales / Admin Assistant to join our small, friendly team based in our Haverfordwest office. The successful candidate will be expected to carry out a wide range of admin duties working as part of a team, liaising closely with the Production team and the two Directors.

The Person:



It is important that we find the right person for the role and that the successful candidate has the knowledge and expertise required, and the attitude and approach that we are looking for.

The ideal applicant will be hard working, able to self-motivate, computer literate and friendly, and will have good numeracy and literacy skills.

The successful candidate will:

Have excellent communication skills with both customers and fellow employees.

Have an excellent telephone manner and good customer service skills.

Deal with a diverse range of people and be able to communicate effectively.

Be able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure, prioritise jobs as necessary and use own initiative.

Be flexible and happy to get involved in a variety of tasks.

Be proficient in office IT, including email communication and Microsoft Office software.

Have strong literacy skills, both written and verbal.

Have excellent numeracy skills.

Responsibilities and Key Criteria to include:



Dealing with telephone calls.

Dealing with telephone, email and website orders.

Dealing with telephone, email and website enquiries.

Processing orders and quotations in a timely manner.

Keeping schedules and records up-to-date in a timely manner.

General administration duties.

Checking information is accurate.

Hours of Work:



Full-time, permanent position.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.00pm.

Salary



24,500-27,000 per annum depending on experience and individual merit.

Experience:



Sales / Office Administration: ideally at least 1 year.

A strong understanding of Excel spreadsheets is required.

A knowledge of Xero accounting, Magento II websites and Insightly CRM would be an advantage, but is not essential as training will be provided.

Qualifications:



GCSC or equivalent in Maths, English and at least three other subjects (C or above).
