We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised sales admin to join our team. In this pivotal role, the individual will be responsible for processing and managing customer orders and quotes with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. The successful candidate will ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, adhere to company policies, and meet customer expectations. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including sales, customer service, and logistics to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of order processing systems and possess the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. Responsibilities
Process customer orders and quotes accurately and efficiently
Verify order details and pricing against customer specifications
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve any discrepancies
Ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery by coordinating with the logistics & Install team
Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
Generate reports related to order processing and inventory levels
Assist in the development and implementation of order processing procedures and best practices
Assist management of installations
Ensuring all estimates & orders are in line with company policies, industry standards, and client specifications.
Requirements
Proven experience in order processing or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and order processing software eg. Business micros & Logikal.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude

26,000 - 28,000 per annum
Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
