Provide administrative support to the sales team, including:
Answering phone calls and responding to emails
Scheduling appointments if required
Keeping sales records up to date
Preparing sales quotes and agreements for the Salesteam
Contacting suppliers for product information and delivery schedules
Prepare detailed quotations to assist the internal sales team
Engage in upselling and suggestive selling of additional product lines
Maintain accurate records of sales support activities and ensure weekly KPIs are met
Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
Drop Shipping Orders
Accounts assistance
Making Outbound Calls to customers
Skills and Experience:
Excellent administrative skills with a professional telephone manner
Previous experience with a CRM system is advantageous
Ability to work independently and use a common-sense approach
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
Enthusiastic team player with a passion for sales
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
