We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administration Support professional to assist our Admin and Accounts teams with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the sales department by managing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and providing support on various projects
Provide administrative support to the sales team, sales administrators and accounts team
Process sales orders, invoices, and vehicle registrations in a timely manner
Maintain and update customer records and sales databases (e.g., CRM systems)
Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and pipeline tracking
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Liaise with various departments.
